Delivery

We offer delivery of our products within the EU, and in individually agreed cases – also outside the EU.
Estimated delivery time varies depending on the selected carrier and delivery method and should take:
 
·      for domestic orders via logistics company – 1 – 4 days from the date of dispatch
·      for domestic orders via the Polish Post Office – 1 – 4 days from the date of dispatch
·      within the EU orders – 3 – 10 working days

Currency and payment

The prices of products offered in the store are gross and are quoted in Polish Zlotys (PLN), Euros (EUR), United States Dollars (USD) or British Pounds (GBP), depending on the country of location of the device on which the Customer views the Shop.
The Customer may use the following forms of payment: traditional transfer, electronic payment or payment card.

Returns

We accept returns of ordered products within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the procedure presented in the Regulations under the tab „withdrawal from the contract and complaints”. The return together with the completed withdrawal form should be sent to the address: Jackob Buczynski Studio, 11/13 Kolejowa Street, 02-217 Warsaw, Poland.
